How we handle candidate data.
Recruiting Copilot is built to help recruiters and hiring teams review candidates with more clarity. Because resumes and hiring notes can contain sensitive information, we keep the privacy model simple: your candidate data is used to provide the product, not to sell data.
What we store
When you use Recruiting Copilot, we may store information such as:
- your account email,
- role context or job descriptions you create,
- uploaded resume text and candidate records,
- scores, summaries, notes, statuses, and comparison outputs,
- early access request information submitted through the public form.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the candidate review workflow: role-fit scoring, evidence summaries, decision rationale, validation prompts, comparison views, notes, and saved candidate records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell candidate data.
- We do not use uploaded resumes to advertise to candidates.
- We do not expose your saved roles or candidates to other users.
Early access product
Recruiting Copilot is currently in early access. The product is still being improved, and access may be limited while we refine reliability, privacy, and the recruiting workflow.
Data deletion
If you want your account, roles, candidates, or early access request removed, contact the team and we will review the request.
Contact
For privacy or data questions, contact the Recruiting Copilot team through the same channel you used to request early access.
