Recruiting Copilot is an early access product for candidate review and recruiting workflow support. These terms describe the basic expectations for using the service.
Use of the service
Recruiting Copilot helps users review resumes, role context, candidate evidence, level fit, validation signals, notes, and comparisons. It is intended to support recruiting judgment, not replace it.
Early access status
The product is currently in early access. Features, limits, pricing, availability, and behavior may change as the product is improved.
Candidate data responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or process any resume, job description, hiring note, or candidate information you add to the product.
No hiring guarantee
Recruiting Copilot provides scoring, summaries, rationale, and workflow support, but it does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, legal compliance, or employment decisions. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user and their organization.
Account access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact the team through your early access channel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload data you do not have permission to use,
- attempt to access another user's account or candidate data,
- misuse the product for spam, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity,
- reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Changes to the service
We may update the product, these terms, privacy practices, pricing, or access limits as Recruiting Copilot develops.
